7Products & Quality
What is the difference between Grade A, B, and C pallets?
Grade A pallets are like-new with no repairs needed - perfect for retail displays and export. Grade B pallets are in good condition with minor wear or professional repairs - our most popular choice. Grade C pallets are functional but show significant wear - ideal for one-way shipping or internal use.
Do you sell heat-treated (HT) pallets?
Yes! We offer ISPM-15 compliant heat-treated pallets required for international shipping. We're a certified heat treatment facility and can provide all necessary documentation and stamping.
Can you make custom-sized pallets?
Yes, we manufacture custom pallets to your exact specifications. Any size, any configuration, any load requirements. Our manufacturing team can build pallets from 24x24 up to 72x72 or larger.
How do I know what size pallet I need?
The right size depends on your products and storage/shipping requirements. The most common size is 48" x 40" (GMA standard). Our team can help you choose the best size for your needs.
What is a stringer pallet vs a block pallet?
Stringer pallets use 2-3 long boards (stringers) running lengthwise to support the deck - most common and affordable. Block pallets use 9 blocks instead, allowing 4-way forklift entry from all sides - better for automated systems.
Do your pallets meet food industry standards?
Yes, we offer food-grade pallets that meet FDA requirements. These include heat-treated, Grade A pallets with food-safe certifications. Popular for food processing and pharmaceutical applications.
What is the weight capacity of your pallets?
Standard 48x40 pallets typically support 2,500-3,000 lbs dynamic (moving) and 5,000-7,500 lbs static (racked). Heavy-duty options can handle much more. Load capacity varies by pallet type and grade.
6Services
Do you repair pallets?
Yes! Our skilled technicians repair pallets of all conditions. Repairs include board replacement, stringer repair, nail removal, and complete refurbishment. Repair is often 50% cheaper than buying new.
Can I sell my old pallets to you?
Absolutely! We buy used pallets in all conditions. We offer competitive prices based on pallet condition and quantity. Free pickup available for 50+ pallets. Get a quote today!
What happens to pallets you can't repair?
Unrepairable pallets go through our recycling program. The wood is processed into mulch, animal bedding, biomass fuel, or composite materials. Nothing goes to landfill - we recycle 100% of materials.
Do you offer pallet management programs?
Yes! We work with businesses to create customized pallet programs including regular delivery schedules, automatic reordering, used pallet pickup, inventory management, and dedicated account support.
Can you provide emergency pallet supply?
Yes, we offer emergency and rush services. We maintain large inventory for urgent needs. After-hours emergency service is available. Additional rush fees may apply.
Do you provide pallet rental or pooling?
We primarily sell pallets rather than rent, but we do offer buyback programs for customers who return pallets. This creates a cost-effective exchange system similar to pooling.
4Sustainability & Recycling
What is your recycling process?
We sort incoming pallets by condition. Repairable pallets are refurbished. Unrepairable wood is processed through our industrial grinder into mulch, biomass, or composite materials. Metal is recycled separately.
What products come from recycled pallets?
Recycled pallet wood becomes landscaping mulch, animal bedding, playground material, composite decking, biomass fuel, and particle board. We find valuable uses for every piece of wood.
Do you provide certificates for recycling?
Yes, we provide recycling certificates and documentation for businesses that need to track their environmental compliance and waste diversion metrics.
How does buying used pallets help the environment?
Each reused pallet saves approximately 3.5 board feet of lumber and 6.4 kWh of energy. Using reconditioned pallets reduces deforestation, carbon emissions, and landfill waste.
4Commercial Accounts
What are the benefits of a commercial account?
Commercial account benefits include: net-30 payment terms, volume discounts, dedicated account manager, priority delivery scheduling, automatic reordering, and customized reporting.
How do I set up a commercial account?
Contact us to discuss your needs. We'll gather information about your pallet usage, set up credit terms if desired, and assign a dedicated account manager. Setup typically takes 2-3 business days.
Is there a minimum purchase for commercial accounts?
Commercial accounts work best for businesses purchasing 100+ pallets monthly. However, we can accommodate smaller regular purchasers with customized programs.
Can you match competitor pricing?
We're competitive on pricing and quality. Bring us a competitor quote and we'll do our best to match or beat it while maintaining our quality standards.
