Repair FAQ

How do I know if my pallets can be repaired?

Most pallets with minor to moderate damage can be repaired. If at least two stringers and 50% of deck boards are intact, repair is usually viable. Bring your pallets to us for a free assessment, or send photos for an estimate.

How long does pallet repair take?

Most repairs are completed within 24-48 hours. Simple board replacements can be done same-day. For large volume orders, we'll provide a specific timeline based on your needs.

What materials do you use for repairs?

We use quality hardwood and softwood lumber that meets or exceeds the original pallet specifications. All fasteners are industrial-grade nails designed for pallet construction.

Are repaired pallets as strong as new ones?

Yes! When properly repaired, pallets meet the same load capacity specifications as new pallets. We test repaired pallets to ensure they meet industry standards.

Do you offer warranty on repairs?

Yes, we offer a 90-day warranty on all repair work. If a repair fails under normal use within this period, we'll repair or replace the pallet at no charge.
