How many pallets do I need to sell?
We accept a minimum of 10 pallets for pickup. For smaller quantities, you can drop them off at our facility.
How do you determine pallet prices?
Prices are based on pallet condition (grade), size, type (block vs stringer), and current market rates. We provide a firm quote before pickup.
Do you pick up pallets?
Yes! We offer free pickup throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas for orders of 20+ pallets. Smaller quantities may have a pickup fee.
When do I get paid?
For most transactions, we pay on the spot with cash or check. For large business accounts, we can also do direct deposit within 24-48 hours.
What if my pallets are damaged?
We still buy damaged pallets at recycling rates. Nothing goes to waste - broken pallets are processed for wood recovery.
